I would recommend that first if you are and internet shopper to contact Michelle Fontaine at Flood Ford. There isn't a better internet person around Rhode Island.
I have dealt twice with Michelle over the years, and she is very customer orientated, and the most pleasent person to work with, and she cares for you as a person, not just a customer. I could fill this page about what a nice person that she is.
Ken Wylie, my salesperson, couldn't do enough for me. He made sure that I was well taken care of from the moment we met, to the time I drove off with my new vehicle.

Great experience. This is the 6th car I have bought from Flood Ford EG [back when it was Bailey-Flood], and as long as they are here, I will keep coming back! From sales to service to the body shop, this dealership is a class operation. If you buy from them, you will not be disappointed.
Within a couple of hours of calling for an oil change, my truck was in and being taken care of. I casually mentioned to the Service Writer that I noticed a number on my keypad seemed to have burnt out. He said he'd see if he could get an authorization for repair (my truck is still under warranty) and within minutes, he came out to see me, told me it was approved and they'd install the new one tonight. I was not expecting something like that. They saved me a trip back for something that was taken care of in a short amount of time. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and accomodating. It was the fastest oil change/small repair I have ever experienced.
